The Co-op Park

A mere three miles from the IUP campus (view location map), the CO-OP Park is approximately 270 acres of beautiful woodlands and fields. There are 10 miles of hiking and walking trails that connect the CO-OP Park with the Whites Woods Nature Center. The Co-op Park offers a wide variety of other services to the IUP community: Camping Site Two Softball Fields Sand Volleyball Court Picnic Pavilion A Fishing Pond The College Lodge side of the park offers the following recreation services: College Lodge & Ski Hut A 2 1/2 mile Fitness Par Course Sledding, Tubing and Tobogganing
		Camping Site A walk-in tent campsite is located on a hill overlooking Fulton Run Road. Camping Site Permits may be obtained from the H.U.B. Fitness Center Desk. For more information see the Camping site Policy or call Campus Recreation Services at (724) 357-1377.

		Two Softball Fields The Softball Fields are located on the beautifully landscaped North side of The Co-op Recreational Park (Fulton Run Road entrance).

		IUP Co-op Recreational Park Fitness Par Course The 2 1/2 mile Fitness Par Course is located on the South side of The Co-op Recreational Park (College Lodge Road entrance).

		Sledding, Tubing and Tobogganing During the winter months, the Golf Driving Range converts into a sledding, tubing and tobogganing hill. For a minimal fee, valid I-Card holders can take advantage of the winter weather with a fun and positive activity. Campus Recreation Services offers sled, snow tube and toboggan rentals, and the staff is always available to ensure safety assistance. The Sledding, Tubing, and Tobogganing facilities are located on the South side of The Co-op Recreational Park (College Lodge Road entrance).
