60-minute workout that includes Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates. You will build flexibility and strength, with a relation period at the end to leave you feeling refreshed.
60-minute workout that combines Karate, Tai Chi, Muay Thai, Taekwondo and Boxing. Your inner warrior will be unleashed in this powerful workout!
30-minute complete core workout that will tone your midsection and glutes and improve your functional strength.
60-minute basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BodyStep — a full-body cardio workout to tone your glutes and thighs. In a BodyStep Athletic class, you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, pushups and weight-plate exercises to work the upper body.
30–minute class of either Strength, Plyo or Cardio. Strength is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Plyo is a (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body. Cardio is a (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast!
LES MILLS BARRE™ is a modern version of classic balletic training; a 30-minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build core strength, and allow you to escape the everyday. Incorporating classic ballet positions, with modern music, LES MILLS BARRE is a combination of cardio and strength with high reps of small range-of-motion movements and very light weights.
The versatility of the Escape Deck 2.0 is the key to this superb group training package. Using just the Deck and a handful of other carefully-chosen tools, we’ve created a group programming package that works for large groups, small groups, boutique studios and even one-to-one PT.
