60-minute basic stepping, just like walking up and down stairs, is at the heart of BodyStep — a full-body cardio workout to tone your glutes and thighs. In a BodyStep Athletic class, you combine basic stepping with moves like burpees, pushups and weight-plate exercises to work the upper body.
60-minute dance workout where you are free to enjoy the sensation of dance. You will find yourself deeply immersed in the music and moves!
30–minute class of either Strength, Plyo or Cardio. Strength is a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups. Plyo is a (HIIT) plyometric-based workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout uses a bench and combines explosive jumping exercises with agility training to increase explosiveness and to build a lean and athletic body. Cardio is a (HIIT) workout that improves cardiovascular fitness, increase speed and maximize calorie burn. This workout uses a variety of body weight exercises and provides the challenge and intensity you need to get results fast!
60-minute cycling workout where you control the intensity. It’s fun, low-impact and you can burn up to 675 calories a session. With great music pumping, your instructor takes you on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding!
30-minute (HIIT) workout, using a stationary, indoor bike to achieve fast results!
45-minute (HIIT) workout that engages members of every fitness level. Participants move through a series of workout zones, with intervals, equipment and exercises carefully chosen to challenge energy systems while developing total body, functional strength and endurance.
