GSA's  Mission

The graduate student at Indiana University of Pennsylvania is considered an exceptional student both in ability and in ambition. The graduate student has a mature sense of responsibility and understands the he/she holds a unique place of privilege in the academic community. The graduate student is one whose rights and responsibilities are distinctively different from those of the undergraduate student. The Graduate Student Assembly is formed with the concerns of these students in mind.
