Hadley Union Building -IUP LAN / VPN
For authorized users only.
LAN / VPN jacks are available in the lounge areas and
meeting rooms.
The top left jack is normally wired for LAN
users with a HUB ip address.
The bottom left jack is normally wired for
IUP VPN users.
HUB VPN JACK LIST Electric plugs are available near many jacks.
Students
may obtain assistance from
Student Technology Services Center
to set up an IUP VPN
connection to vpn.iup.edu.
You must use your IUP login in name
and password to connect.
Note: If you have technical
experience use the online help available with your operating system to
install and configure your vpn client. Input vpn.iup.edu for the
hostname.
Staff and Faculty
with university laptops must see their technology
representative to setup an IUP VPN (Virtual Private Network connection
to vpn.iup.edu.) They can also show you how to login. Please use your IUP login name and password to connect.
Advice:
If you are
planning a presentation please test your laptop at our facilities at
least 24 hours in advance.
Vendors
may obtain a temporary or frequent user IP address by
signing one of the Vendor acceptable use policies:

Frequent

Please apply in advance for a frequent vendor ip address.
Vendors will be required
to show some type of legal identification, such as, their drivers license.
