• Library Cards - In addition to making I-Cards for students, faculty and staff of IUP, the HUB I-Card office makes library cards for community members. Interested parties should bring photo ID and the cost of the library card is $5.

• I-Card Replacement - The replacement fee for lost I-Cards is $15.00. Cards that are replaced for reasons of intentional abuse will be charged the same fee. Cards that are replaced because they have worn out with normal use will be replaced at no charge.

• Smart Card Chip - Add money to your smart card chip at one of the 18 cash-to-card machines on campus.  Please treat this money as cash, for no refunds are given.
   
• Room Reservations - Rooms may be reserved in the HUB at no charge to recognized campus organizations and IUP offices and departments. Rooms may be reserved by outside organizations at a rental fee schedule. Please contact the HUB front desk at (724) 357-2590 for more information.
   
• Ticket Policy - Please make sure that the date you have selected is correct before you purchase your ticket.  There are no refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases.

  Once a ticket is purchased, the customer assumes responsibility for the ticket.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets.
