IUP Co-op Recreational Park Campsites

CAMPSITE POLICY:

a. Campsite is limited to twelve (12) people.

b. ONLY I-Card holders are eligible to use the campground (one guest per I-Card holder).

c. No trees may be cut for any reason. Wood has been stocked at the site. If supply dwindles, pick up only the dead branches from he surrounding woods.

d. Fires are limited to existing fire rings and cook stoves. Open fires are restricted during dry periods. Fires must be extinguished completely.

e. No alcoholic beverages permitted.

f. Garbage must be placed in trash cans available at the Co-op Recreational Park.

g. Person signing for his/her party is responsible for cleanup and orderly behavior of the group. Campsite and trails will be patrolled daily.

h. Motor vehicles, firearms, alcoholic beverages, and drugs are restricted from the Co-op Recreational Park.

i. All motor vehicles must be parked at the Co-op Recreational Park parking lots one hour before dark with the parking permit placed on the dash of the car. The entrance gates are locked each night and reopened at 9 am each morning.

j. Persons hiking in must also enter grounds (1) hour before dark and leave only after daybreak.

k. All parties must carry the camping permit and appropriate number of I-Cards.

l. Anyone not cooperating with these policies will lose the right to future use of these facilities.

The Campsites are located on both sides of the beautifully landscaped Co-op Recreational Park (Fulton Run Road entrance and College Lodge Road entrance).
